
The
BluBeez Customer Admin is your gateway for managing your account, upgrading your sites and ordering new sites and can be accessed by clicking
Log On in the top right of the blubeez website.
Accessing Customer Admin

You can access Customer Admin by clicking Log In in the top right of the Blubeez website and using the username and password you chose whilst ordering your website.
If you have forgotten your password click the Forgotten your password link on the log in page and you can reset your credentials.
Managing your account

Once logged in you will be presented with the Customer Admin Home page. The Customer Admin Home Page provides a quick overview of the current state of your account including new messages, account balance and management shortcuts for current websites.
The following admin tools and information pages can be accessed via the left hand navigation.
Recent account activity
Click
Accounts in the left hand navigation to view your most recent invoices and payments.
Sites
Click
Sites in the left hand navigation to get a list of all your sites and the management shortcut buttons.
These short cuts allow you to
Enable and disable your website. While disabled any visitors to your site will receive a site disable message.
Modify your website by ordering add ons (bandwidth, email credits, etc) or updating your websites admin username and password.
View your live website in a new browser window.
Open your website admin interface in a new browser window.
Modifying your site (Ordering add ons, upgrading packages, changing site admin user)
Clicking the
Modify button for a particular site will allow you to upgrade a site to a higher package with more features, order add ons such as extra bandwidth and email credits and allow you to update the username and password for the website administration.
When ordering a site add on or upgrade the fee will be added to your next payment. If you choose to activate the new add on or upgrade immediately you will be charged for the current period as well as the new price for the next period. Please note all charges are calculated per month and include all add ons that are active on the invoice date.
To change the username and password for the website administartion simple enter the new username, password and password confirmation and click save. The new details may take a few minutes to take effect then you can log into the website administration for this site with the new details.
Invoice history
To view the history of all invoices issued click on
Invoices, select a date range and click show. For each invoice click view to open a printable invoice in a new browser window or export to export your invoice information into excel.
Payment history
To view the history of all payments made click on
Payment history, select a date range and click show. For each payment click view for more detail.
Updating payment details
If you would like to change the credit card that your monthly payments are deducted from simply click
Change payment, select the site you wish to update the details for and click
Modify.
Enter your new credit card details including full name and expiry date and click save.
Your next payment will now be deducted from this new card.
Changing your address, contact and password details.
To update your address, contact and password details click
Change details. Update your contact or address details and click save.
To update your customer admin password enter your new password and enter it again to confirm and click save. You will now need to log back in to the Customer Admin area.
Checking your messages

Occasionally Blubeez support will post messages in your account regarding new features or account related matters. The customer admin home page will inform you if you have new messages. To access your messages click
Messages. For each message click details to view the message contents or click delete to remove the message from your account.

Support. Here you can access documentation for the customer admin area and for the website administration. Also you can log an issue and track it till resolution or just send a message directly to support.

Issue Tracker
If you have a specific issue with one of your websites click
Issue tracker to submit an issue to our technical team. simply select the site that is being affected, enter a subject for the issue and enter as much detail as possible including browser type and error messages if applicable. The support team will endeavor to respond to your issues as soon as possible.
