Logging in
When you order a website you will be sent an "Site Build Completed" email containing the address of your website and the username and password to administer your site.(This is different to the username and password you chose to manage your account).
Site details will include:
Site Address: http://yoursitename.blubeez.biz
Admin Address: http://yoursitename.blubeez.biz/admin
Username: c67s68768
Password: heaskjfhas

Logging in to Site Administration
Click on or enter the address from your "Site Build Completed" email in your browser. This address will be in the format http://yoursitename.blubeez.biz/admin with your website name in place of yoursitename.

Enter your username and password as supplied in the "Site Build Complete" email and click "log in".

You are now logged in and can now access all the tools required to manage your website. To get your website started follow our set up wizard to enter your details, choose a design and pre-populate your site with example content.
Changing your password

Once you are logged in to the Site Administration you can change your password by clicking on the "Manage my Site" module and choosing "Control Panel" from the left hand navigation. Simply enter and confirm your new password and click save. You will then be logged out and will need to be logged in again with your new username and password.
Changing username and password

Your Site Administration username and password can be changed via the Customer management tools at the
BluBeez web site . Simply click "log in" (top right corner of screen) and then enter the customer username and password you chose when you signed up. (Click "Forgotten your password" if you no longer have these details).
Click the "Modify" button next to the site you want to update and scroll down to "Manage site access details" and enter your new username , password and password confirmation and click save.
Finally go back to your Site Administration and log out. You can now log back in with your new username and password.
