System Settings
The System Settings module contains various tools to assist with configuring your web presence and also access reports on your websites performance.
Sections
Message Centre
Occasionally the Blubeez support team or systems may send you pertinent messages related to your site. You will be alerted of any new messages on log in to the Website administration tools or you can check for messages and access old messages via the
Message Centre link.
Website statistics

Web log based statistics are generated nightly and the reports are accessible via the
Website statistics link. The stats are generated by the Advanced Web Statistics 6.5 package and include page views , visits, browser , search reports plus much more.
Bandwith usage
To see how much bandwidth your site has consumed click on the
View bandwidth usage link. A report will be show how much bandwidth your site has consumed in the current period . For your information detail is also provided on the kilobits per second, requests per second and connections your site is currently serving.
Content Activity Report
The content activity report provides a list of recent updates to pages on the site so you can track which pages have been modified.
Manage features

All of the optional features available to you (depending on site package) are listed in the Manage features page. You can enable and disable the various features from this panel. For example disabling the Newsletter manager will remove both the subscribe panel from your website and the Newsletter module from the Website administration tools.
Manage your social bookmarks
The social bookmarks tool allows you to add social book mark icons (and submission code) to your site so that users of your site can easily submit your site and content to social sharing sites like facebook, digg, etc.
Simply check the boxes to choose which links you want to display on your site.
Email Forwarding
If your domain was purchased via BluBeez or transferred to BluBeez you can manage your email aliases via the
Email forwarding link. Simply enter an email name (eg: sales) and the email address you would like to forward emails to (eg: tom@example.com). Now any email will be sent to sales@yoursite.blubeez.biz will be forwarded to tom@example.com.
Domain records
If your domain was purchased via BluBeez or transferred to BluBeez you can manage your domain records via the
Domain Records link. Records for your website and mail settings are automatically configured on site creation. If you have a 3rd party mail service you can update your mail exchanger (MX) records here. Also you can create sub-domains to point to other services/websites.
